I have to say.....you all worked very hard last night on the treadmill hill training!
That was not easy - but the more hills we do the better we will be at conquering those hills!

Great Saturday Run!

The first run was a good one! Cold, beautiful morning.

Walking
Yoga
Swimming
Light Weight training
To register for the Maryland Half - go to the website - mdhalfmarathon.com
Reminder- Tuesday we will start at 6pm (not 7) at the gym - we will run to Patterson Park - weather permitting

First Run!
Welcome Runners!
