Hills are tough

I have to say.....you all worked very hard last night on the treadmill hill training!
That was not easy - but the more hills we do the better we will be at conquering those hills!

Hill and Speed Training!

Well the clouds are starting to thin and the sun WILL be out this afternoon!

Great Saturday Run!

The first run was a good one! Cold, beautiful morning.
