Good morning runners!
It was a perfect day to run today - cool and crisp!
You all ran a very strong 7.6 miles yesterday. I see the confidence and strength building in all of you. All the hill and speed training is definitely paying off.
We will be running on Tuesday outside rain or shine.
Hydrate before running and ice your sore joints (some of you have) at night.
