Hello Runners!
If anyone would like to run with us we are leaving the gym at 4:30. The run with me is optional, but the run is not!!! Please make sure you get your Thursday runs in.

We will be following the water towards the city first (opposite direction)
Leave the gym and turn left following the promenade along the water, until we get to Fells Point along Thames street turn left onto Thames Street (should be looking straight ahead at The Cats Eye) follow Thames Street to S. Caroline Street, to Lancaster, turn left. Follow until you get to the New Legg Mason Building, go right and then the next right on Aliceanne Street. Follow Aliceanne to Wolf and make a left on Wolf, follow Wolf to Baltimore Street, make a right on Baltimore. Right on Patterson Avenue, left on Eastern, Right on Linwood - straight to water, turn right at water to gym.
BTW - you all kicked butt on the sprint/hills last night! Great work!
